Brewing proces

 Beer brewing process:

The assignment focuses on pilsner. Pilsner uses a bottom fermentation on the beer. The brewing process takes place at around 10 degrees Celsius. The brewing process can take several weeks. During these weeks the yeast can settle to the top of the fermentation tanks. This is where the name bottom fermentation comes from.

The beer brewing process consists of 7 steps:

- Malting

- Mashing

- Lautering

- Boiling

- Fermenting

- Filtering and conditioning

- Bottling
